Waisake Naholo’s brother scores six tries in one half of Hastings Boys’ rout of St Pat’s Town

Waisake Naholo will want to keep up his try-scoring ways or else his younger brother will be gunning for his All Blacks spot in no time.
Kiniviliame (Kini) Naholo, the 18-year-old brother of the All Blacks winger, scored six tries – all in the first half – for the Hastings Boys’ High School first XV in their 106-7 rout of St Patrick’s College, Wellington, on Saturday in Napier. It was 70-0 at halftime thanks to his heroics.
Saturday’s match in the Tranzit Coachlines First XV Festival was effectively a pre-season hitout, with the season proper set to start in a few weeks. Still, Naholo has sent massive warning signals to every first XV in the country, scoring 19 tries from seven matches playing on the wing. He has scored hat-tricks in four of those games, although St Kentigern College managed to keep him tryless earlier in the year, but Hastings still won 15-5.
