A trough of low pressure with associated cloud and rain continues to affect the Fiji group.
The Nadi Weather Office has confirmed that the system is affecting the whole of the Fiji group and it is expected to drift southeastwards and ease by Tuesday night.
Expect occasional rain, heavy at times and few thunderstorms over Vanua Levu, Taveuni and nearby smaller islands, Lau and Lomaiviti group.
The Weather Office says that localised heavy falls may lead to flash flooding of low lying areas.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Roads Authority has confirmed that surface flooding is affecting parts of Kings Road including Lautoka, Ba to Tavua and Rakiraki.
The Authority is urging people be cautious when accessing side roads and low lying areas.
Police have also confirmed that water levels are slowly rising in parts of Tavua that include Lubulubu Road, Matalevu Bridge, Balata Road, Yaladro Road, Nabuna Flats, Rukuruku Bridge, Tagitagi bridge and Yasiyasi bridge.
