Hi Mixers, it’s Amelia here and I’ll be honest. When it comes to eating healthy and exercising, I find it difficult. Not just the waking up early in the morning to go for a walk or putting aside an hour in the afternoon to run, but I find it hard to do even the most basic of things……… like staying away from juice and fizzy drinks. Which is why when I saw this tip, I thought that it might work for me. Two reasons why it could work:
- I can do it the night before so I don’t have to worry about trying to get it done in the morning.
- It’s CHEAP!
But hey, if you’re like me and you know you’ll need to add something to it to make it a little sweet, add honey. Now the last time I checked, honey cost an arm and a leg, so if you can find a cheaper (healthier) alternative, then good for you!
