Mince & Spaghetti Bake…

  • 1 kg beef mince
  • 1 onion medium chopped
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 420 g canned spaghetti
  • 420 g tomato soup
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup tasty cheese grated


  1. Heat oven to 180C.
  2. Fry onion in 1 tablespoon of oil until soft. Add mince, breaking up any lumps. Cook until mince is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in curry powder and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in tomato soup, tinned spaghetti and salt.
  5. Place in a greased oven proof dish and top with combined breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes or until topping is golden and bake is heated through.
