WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 kg beef mince
- 1 onion medium chopped
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 420 g canned spaghetti
- 420 g tomato soup
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup tasty cheese grated
HOW TO MAKE IT:
- Heat oven to 180C.
- Fry onion in 1 tablespoon of oil until soft. Add mince, breaking up any lumps. Cook until mince is no longer pink.
- Stir in curry powder and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in tomato soup, tinned spaghetti and salt.
- Place in a greased oven proof dish and top with combined breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
- Cook for 30 minutes or until topping is golden and bake is heated through.
