Princes Road and Edinburgh Drive will be closed this weekend

To all those living in the Suva- Nausori area, the intersection of Princess Road and Edinburgh Drive will be closed this weekend.

The road will be closed from 7pm tomorrow till 10am Saturday to allow surfacing works to be carried out.

Due to the current roadworks, there is a difference in the existing road levels and the constructed road levels.

So, People travelling from Suva to Nausori or Princes Road to Suva using Edinburgh Drive are advised to use Reservoir Road and Ono Street as a detour.

Although, FRA says that proper traffic management will be in place.

In the meantime, motorists are advised to drive with care at the intersection as there is a difference in the levels of the road.
