Local Fruit Salad with Mint and Honey

WHAT YOU NEED: 

  • 1 pawpaw, peeled, seeded diced
  • 1 apple, peeled, diced
  • 1 orange, peeled, seeded diced
  • 1 banana diced
  • 1 small sweet gold pineapple, cored, peeled, diced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon mint, chopped

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Combine ingredients and chill. Serve alone or with desired accompaniments (like milk).

 

This makes 4 servings so you can enjoy with your colleagues…. just buy fruits from the market and whip up a lovely and healthy meal 🙂
