A refreshing soup full of flavor and spice!
HOW TO MAKE IT:

2 pint grape tomatoes or similar

3 clove fresh garlic minced

2 tablespoon chili pepper water

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 cup extra virgin oil
HOW TO MAKE IT:
- Place tomatoes, garlic, chili pepper water and salt in a blender. Blend on high speed to completely liquefy the ingredients.
- Gradually pour in the extra virgin olive oil until completely incorporated.
- Chill.
- Serve with basil pesto and kalamata olives.
