Not everyday a local youth gets to meet the Queen, however, this will be the case for 28yr old local woman , Elzima Elisha Bano, and 60 exceptional young people across the Commonwealth, who will be meeting her Majesty at Buckingham Palace to recieve the Queen’s Young Leaders Award. In June 2014 , Elzima set up Advocacy Creative Techniques which uses the Arts to make young people more aware of local issues that affect the community. She will also get to meet the Prime Minister David Cameron at 10 Downing Street before the awards ceremony. The will also visit the Headquarters of Twitter and meet Senior Executives of BBC World Service. The Awards ceremony will be held at Buckingham Palace on Monday………..Congratulations Elzima
