Jane Park – who returned to work in a chip shop after scooping the lotto win last week – has offered the funds to 15-year-old Leon Rendle .
A big-hearted lottery winner has stepped in to try and make a cancer-hit boy’s dream holiday to Florida a reality.
Desperately ill Leon Rendle, 15, has set his heart on a trip to Universal Studios in Orlando because swimming with dolphins is one of his final wishes.
But insurance firms have refused to cover him for the US visit, leaving Leon and his family devastated.
Now Jane Park, who scooped a £1 million lotto win aged just 17, has offered her financial help.
Jane was deeply moved by Leon’s plight and contacted the Rendles over Facebook, our sister paper the Daily Record reported.
Leon’s mum Nicky, who fears it may be their last holiday with her son, thanked the teen millionaire for the “very, very kind” gesture.
Leon is a huge fan of the Transformers films and was itching to go on the 3D ride at the theme park, which is based on the movies.
