MISS Suva City Council, Sarah Vamarasi has been crowned the 2015 Vodafone Fiji Hibiscus Festival Charity Queen.
Ms Vamarasi raised $21,281.35 for the Hibiscus charity chest where a total of $81,863.65 was raised by the 13 queen contestants.
The best float during the float procession was awarded to Fulton Hogan Hiways, in second place was Suva City Council and APCO won the third place.
