This sweet and simple 5-ingredient bake is a coconut lover’s dream.
WHAT YOU NEED:

1 can (395g) condensed milk

3 eggs
-
½ cup coconut milk
-
½ cup milk
-
2 cups grated coconut
HOW TO MAKE IT:

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, eggs, coconut milk and milk. Stir in the grated coconut, then pour into a greased baking dish.

Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
