Fiji 7s Coach, Gareth Baber says he will not be picking players in the National team that have spent limited time in camp.
Baber named the same team that participated in Sydney and Hamilton, for the Las Vegas and Vancouver 7s and left out Isake Katonibau, Police rover Sakeo Raloa and Ratu Filise playmaker Leveni Tani who were called into the training squad.
Baber says they are heading into the right direction and he will be keeping the pressure on for the same players to deliver consistent performance.
Baber says he wants players to represent Fiji for a long period of time and not just in one off tournaments.
Fiji will play Russia in their first pool match of the Las Vegas 7s at 12.06pm next Saturday and we take on France at 3.07pm next Saturday. Fiji then play their final pool match against Kenya at 8.36am Sunday.
The Cup quarters start at 1.26pm next Sunday, the Cup semis will be held at 9.12am on Monday 5th March while the Cup final will kick off at 12.30pm Monday.
